What is the best jewellery billing software in India?

Does Valenza work without internet?
Yes — the POS keeps billing when the line drops. Bills are numbered from the device's own series and sync when the internet is back; a piece sold elsewhere in the meantime is flagged, never double-sold.
Is HUID supported?
HUID is part of every stock record, printed on bills, tracked in a hallmark register with a full lifecycle, and — if you switch it on — gold above a set weight cannot be billed without a valid HUID.
How much does Valenza cost?
Valenza Retail Starter is ₹5,999 a month or ₹59,999 a year for one showroom; Growth is ₹9,999 a month or ₹85,000 a year for unlimited branches. Valenza Refinery and Secure Delivery are ₹50,000 a year; Valenza Tasks is ₹499 per user per month. No GST on top, unlimited users.
Does Valenza handle jewellery manufacturing as well as retail?
Yes. How is every gram tracked through the factory?
Work moves as bags. A bag is issued and received by weight at each department, can be split, merged, made into a tree or broken, and every move is on the record — so the loss at each stage is against a tolerance you set, not a guess.
Can I move from my current software?
Yes. We import your stock, customers and opening balances, set up your branches and bill designs, and train your team before you go live.
Do you send bills on WhatsApp and SMS?
Yes, through your own WhatsApp Business API and an SMS API with DLT-approved templates. We integrate and test them; their usage is billed to you by the provider.
