Can we see Valenza on our own data before deciding?+
Yes. Book a demo and share whatever export you have — stock, customers or parties — and we load a sample before the call, so you look at your own records rather than a demo company.
How long does it take to go live?+
Most showrooms are live within days: stock, customers and opening balances imported, branches, tags and bill designs set up, and the team trained on the screens they will use.
Do you help move data from our current jewellery software?+
Yes. We import from Excel or your current software's export, check the opening stock and balances with you, and only then switch the counter over.
What happens to our data if we stop using Valenza?+
It stays yours. Every register exports to Excel at any time, and nothing is deleted when a plan lapses.
Do you support Hindi and Gujarati?+
Our support team speaks Hindi, Gujarati and English on phone and WhatsApp. The software screens are in English, as trade documents are.
Can WhatsApp and SMS bills be set up?+
Yes, on your own WhatsApp Business API and an SMS API with DLT-approved templates. We integrate and test them; the provider bills their usage to you.
