Which modules come with Valenza Retail jewellery software?+
Every Valenza Retail plan includes every Retail module: POS billing, sale return, customer receipts, advance booking and rate lock, approval memos, purchases and returns, loose diamonds, old gold, stock, barcode tagging, stock verification, HUID register, rate master, custom orders, repairs, karigar, customers and loyalty, follow-ups, schemes, girvi, offers, ledgers, metal ledger, GST returns, backup, reports and 20 masters.
Do I pay extra for girvi, gold saving schemes or karigar modules?+
No. Girvi, schemes, karigar, orders and repairs are part of Valenza Retail, not add-ons. The only difference between Retail Starter and Growth is the number of branches and the branch features that come with it.
What is the difference between Retail Starter and Retail Growth?+
Starter is for one showroom. Growth adds unlimited branches, branch transfers with in-transit and acceptance, branch-wise reports and an owner view across all branches. Both have every Retail module and unlimited users.
Is there a module for HUID and hallmarking?+
Yes. The HUID & Hallmark Register keeps every HUID with the piece's history, and HUID is carried on stock records and bills. You can also choose to block billing of gold without a valid HUID.

No. Valenza Manufacturing is one all-in-one plan: every module, unlimited users, unlimited departments and unlimited units. The first-time setup is quoted on your own factory data and hardware, and after that it is a monthly AMC.
Can a manufacturing department head see only his own floor?+
Yes. My Department gives a head the bags received, bags pending, department stock, target, delays, loss, QC rejects, karigars and contractors of his own department and nothing else, and every write is on the Activity Log with the user and the time.
Can I start with one product and add another later?+
Yes. Each Valenza product is sold on its own. When you add another, it runs on the same login and the same audit trail — so a group that manufactures and also sells retail keeps the factory and the showroom in one place. Prices for each are on the pricing page.
Can a salesman be restricted to only some modules?+
Yes. Users get exactly the screens their role allows, with create, edit, delete and export rights set per screen, and a branch login sees only its own branch.
