Questions about secure delivery
What is secure jewellery delivery software?+
It is software that records every handover of jewellery, gold or other valuables — who booked it, what went, who carried it and who received it — and proves the handover happened to the right person. Valenza Secure Delivery does this with an OTP from the receiver, a photo, a signature and KYC on the delivery record.
How does OTP verification work at handover?+
The receiver confirms an OTP at the moment of handover. Without it the delivery cannot be marked complete, so goods are released only to the person the delivery was booked for.
What proof is kept for each delivery?+
The OTP confirmation, a photo of the handover, the receiver’s signature and the KYC on file, together with the challan, token or invoice the delivery went out on. All of it stays on the one delivery record, and every action is on the activity log with who and when.
Can the delivery person use it on a phone?+
Yes. Valenza is built mobile-first and can be installed like an app from the browser. The screens on this page are the real module on a phone.
Can I see which deliveries are still pending?+
Yes. The admin dashboard shows delivered, pending and cancelled deliveries, the success rate, the value and weight handed over, average turnaround and active collectors — and lists tokens issued but not closed for more than 48 hours, oldest first.
Does it warn about parties whose KYC is incomplete?+
Yes. The dashboard lists parties with deliveries in the period whose KYC is still pending, with what is still needed and the value moving, so it is caught before the next handover.
Which weight units are supported?+
Units are set in a Unit Master — gram, kilogram, tola or your own, with their value in grams. A unit already used on a delivery keeps that delivery unchanged, so the recorded weight stands.
Can I print challans and invoices in my own format?+
Yes. Delivery challans, tokens and invoices print from your own templates and are tied to the delivery they belong to.
Can delivery messages go out on SMS or WhatsApp?+
Yes, on request — through your own SMS API account with DLT-approved templates or your own WhatsApp Business API account. Those accounts are yours and their usage is paid by you to the provider; Valenza integrates and tests them.
How is Valenza Secure Delivery priced?+
