The price on this page is the price you pay — the same for a single counter and for a chain, with no GST added on top, and no per-user fees (except Valenza Tasks, which is priced per user by design). We would rather earn a customer for ten years than a bill for one; that is the relationship we are building with every client.

Is there a limit on users?
No. Every plan has unlimited users. Valenza Tasks is the one product priced per user, by design.
What is the difference between Retail Starter and Growth?
Starter runs one showroom with every retail module. Growth adds unlimited branches — branch transfers, branch-wise stock, cash and reports, and staff who see only their own branch.
Do I pay extra for WhatsApp, SMS or AI?
Those run on your own accounts: an AI API key, a WhatsApp Business API, and an SMS API with DLT-approved templates. Their usage is paid by you directly to the provider; we integrate and test them for you.
Can I start with one product and add another later?
Yes. Each product is a module on the same system — add Manufacturing, Refinery, Secure Delivery or Tasks whenever you need them.
How is Valenza Manufacturing priced?
One all-in-one plan: every module, unlimited users, unlimited departments and units. There is a one-time setup charge, quoted on your factory data and hardware, and then ₹85,000 a month as AMC, which covers support, updates and new features.
What does the manufacturing setup include?
Migrating your existing data, setting your factory up in the software (departments, processes, wastage and loss tolerances, numbering, rates, taxes and print formats), connecting the hardware you use, and training your team on the screens they will work on — so the floor is ready to operate from day one.
Why is the manufacturing setup not a published price?
Because it depends on your factory: how much data has to come across, how many departments and units, and which scales, printers, scanners or RFID you use. We look at those, then quote once — no surprises later.
