24K / 22K / 18K per gram, silver and platinum; making per gram, %, fixed or MRP; diamonds per carat; the hallmark fee line and GST — calculated as the piece is scanned.

POS Mode

A locked, full-screen counter for salesmen. No reports, no masters — leaving it needs the signed-in user's own password.

Tag-gun scan, auto-add

Scan a tag or barcode and the piece drops onto the bill with its weights, karat and HUID. Bluetooth and USB scanners both work.

Offline billing

The counter keeps billing when the internet drops. Bills sync the moment the line is back — no piece sold twice.

Split payment

Cash, card, UPI, bank, cheque, old gold and advance on one bill, each posted to the right book.

PAN rule at the counter

PAN or Aadhaar asked for when the bill crosses the limit, cash limits respected, TCS where it applies — on the bill, not after it.

Sale return

Return as billed or at today's rate with a credit note; restock the piece or write it off; refund by the mode it was paid.

What features does Valenza jewellery billing software have?+

Does Valenza work without internet?+

Yes. The POS keeps billing when the internet drops. Bills are numbered on the device and sync when the connection returns, so a piece is never sold twice.

Is HUID supported in billing and stock?+

Yes. HUID is part of every stock record, printed on the bill, kept in a hallmark register with the piece's history, and you can choose to block billing of gold without a valid HUID.

Can Valenza handle girvi and gold saving schemes?+

Yes, both are part of Valenza Retail: girvi with interest, part-payments and release, and schemes with instalments, follow-up and maturity redeemed against a bill — on the same customers and ledgers as your bills.

Does it generate GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and e-invoices?+

GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are built from your invoices with the HSN summary, and e-invoice JSON is produced for one B2B bill or in bulk for upload to the portal.

Is there a limit on users or branches?+

Every Valenza Retail, Refinery and Secure Delivery plan has unlimited users. Retail Starter is for one showroom; Retail Growth allows unlimited branches. Valenza Tasks is priced per user. See the pricing page for the figures.

Can I send bills and reminders on WhatsApp and SMS?+

Yes, through your own WhatsApp Business API account and an SMS provider with DLT-approved templates. Valenza integrates and tests them; the providers bill you directly for usage.

Do I have to buy all five products?+

No. Take the product your business runs. Valenza Retail, Manufacturing, Refinery, Secure Delivery and Tasks are sold separately and work on the same login when you add more than one — so a group that manufactures and also sells retail keeps the factory and the showroom in one place.
