The assistant runs on your own AI API account. You pay the AI provider directly for what you use; Valenza connects the key, tests it and supports it. The owner dashboard and alerts are part of Valenza Retail itself.
Does the AI see other jewellers' data?+
No. It answers only from your company's own Valenza records, and a user only gets answers from the data their role and branch allow.
Can I use the AI assistant on my phone?+
Yes. The same assistant works on the desktop and on the owner mobile view, so you can ask about today's sale or pending orders from anywhere.
Can the AI make mistakes?+
Any AI can misread a question, which is why every answer names the records behind it and a vague request gets a question back instead of a guess. The figures themselves come from your live records, not from the AI's memory.
Do I need AI to use Valenza Retail?+
No. Billing, stock, HUID, girvi, schemes, accounts, GST and the standard reports all work without any AI key. The AI features are switched on when you connect your own key.

How much does AI cost in Valenza?+
AI usage is billed to you by your AI provider, on your own account, for what you actually use. Valenza plan prices are on the pricing page, and we will help you set up the AI key during onboarding.
What AI does Valenza Manufacturing have?+
Three tools, each reading a photograph of a piece. AI Image Search finds the same or a similar design already in your own library. AI Metal Tone shows the piece in another metal tone before it is made in that tone. AI Catalogue Copy writes the catalogue line for it. They are part of the Manufacturing module and run on your own AI provider account.
Does the factory AI see other factories’ designs?+
No. AI Image Search looks in your own company’s design library only, and a user gets results only from the data their role and department allow. Nothing crosses between companies.
Can AI tell me what is stuck on the factory floor?+
The screens do that from your records rather than from a model: Department Delayed and Delayed Order list bags that have been out too long, Loss Approval holds anything past the allowed loss, and Data Insights carries Predict Productions, Predict Designs, Predict Orders and Sale Predictions as projections from your own history — shown as projections, not promises.
