Does Valenza jewellery software keep an audit trail?+

Yes. Every create, edit and delete across Valenza Retail, Manufacturing, Refinery, Secure Delivery and Tasks is recorded with the user, the time and what changed. It is not a setting that can be switched off, and entries cannot be edited afterwards.

Can reports be emailed automatically?+

Yes. Pick a report, the period and the people who should receive it, and it arrives by email daily or weekly, from live records, with an Excel attachment if you want one — nobody has to remember to run it.

What kinds of alerts can I set up?+

Alerts fire on a condition: refining loss above tolerance, a delivery still open at day end, a girvi loan past due, a scheme instalment falling due, a task past its deadline, goods moving on incomplete KYC, and more.

Do I need a programmer to create automation rules?+
