Valenza Retail is jewellery billing and POS software for Indian showrooms. Every piece carries a tag and barcode with its weights and HUID; the counter scans it and bills at the rate on the board with making, stones and GST worked out for you. Old gold exchange, advance bookings with a rate lock, custom orders, repairs, karigar issue and receipt, girvi and gold saving schemes all post to the same ledgers, and GSTR-1 / 3B and e-invoice JSON come straight out of the bills. POS Mode locks the counter to billing, the counter keeps billing offline and syncs when the internet returns, and the owner sees the day on an AI-powered dashboard — including from a phone. Alongside it, Valenza sells four more products: Valenza Manufacturing, a full end-to-end jewellery manufacturing ERP for factories, plus Valenza Refinery, Valenza Secure Delivery and Valenza Tasks.
