What we do
Four jobs, one system
Nobody here works on only one product. Valenza is one ledger and one login, so the team has to think that way too.
Engineering
TypeScript end to end. Owns the ledgers, the POS, offline billing and everything that must never lose a gram.
Product & Design
Turns dense, data-heavy work into screens a new salesman learns in a day and uses all day.
Implementation & Support
Takes a business from signed to live — data import, setup, bill designs and training — then answers the phone, Monday to Sunday.
Sales & Partnerships
Consultative, not cold-call. Most of the job is understanding a business well enough to say whether we can help it.

Time with the trade
Everyone spends time with real jewellers, refiners and delivery teams — that is where the product decisions come from.
Correctness first
Metal and money are counted to the gram and the paisa. Clever code that gets a balance wrong is not clever.
Ship, then improve
Small releases that reach real users, and a phone that gets answered when something needs fixing.
