What it covers

From format to finished tag

Define a format once, generate as many tags as the floor needs, and trace every one of them back.

Tagging Master

Define the tag format once — what it shows, its layout — rather than redesigning a tag every time something changes.

Generate Tag

Dynamic lot tags and product tags generated straight from the piece’s own record — weight, purity, design — not retyped.

Barcode

Barcode tags for stock that moves fast at the counter or on the floor.

QR

QR tags that carry more on one scan — useful wherever a barcode reader isn’t the fastest option.

Stock Code & Design Code

Every tag is tied to a Stock Code and a Design Code, so a scanned tag resolves to the exact record, not a guess.

Tag Formats & History

Multiple formats for different tag types, and a history of what was generated, when, and against which stock.

FAQ

Questions about Valenza Tagging

What is Valenza Tagging?+

It generates dynamic lot and product tags — barcode or QR — in formats you define once in Tagging Master, with every tag resolving back to a Stock Code and Design Code.

What’s the difference between a lot tag and a product tag?+

A lot tag identifies a batch or tray moving through the factory; a product tag is generated for a finished piece, ready to carry its own barcode or QR at the counter or in packing.

Can I design my own tag layout?+

Yes — Tagging Master is where the tag format is defined once: what it shows and how it’s laid out. Generate Tag then produces tags from that format automatically.

Barcode or QR — which does it support?+

Both. Barcode suits fast counter and floor scanning; QR carries more information on one scan where that’s useful.

Does it keep a history of tags generated?+

Yes — Tag History records what was generated, when, and against which stock, so a tag can always be traced back.

Is this the same as RFID?+

No. Tagging (barcode/QR) is live today. Valenza RFID — reading a whole tray at once instead of scanning each piece — is a separate product, coming soon.

We will define a format in Tagging Master, generate a tag against real stock, and scan it to show you what comes back.
